for any reason you are not happy with your work boots, you can return them within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions. Additionally, our boots are backed by a 90-day warranty against factory defects.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The work boots must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Work boots that show signs of wear or damage (including scuffs, stains, or scratches) cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:

90-Day Factory Defect Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work boots. If you experience any factory defects within 90 days from the date of purchase, we will replace or issue a full refund for the purchase price of your footwear. This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the fit, function, or safety of the boots.
- Issues such as stitching failures, sole separation, or defects in the upper or lining caused by manufacturing errors.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear from use (e.g., worn-out soles, scuffs, or abrasions).
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g., exposure to extreme conditions).
How to File a Warranty Claim:

You may be asked to send pictures of the defect to help us evaluate the claim.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will guide you through the replacement or repair process.
